狭い。しかし値段から言えば文句は無い。安いのに毎日タオルを換えてくれてありがたかった。 朝食がまずい。しかし、この街全体、どこで何を食べてもまずいので仕方ないと思う。巡礼地なので美食を求めてはいけないのかもしれないが、それにしても朝食のミルクは水のよう。フランスでこんなミルクは見たことが無い。 |

Price of rooms is very good compared to the other hotels in the region. The location of the hotel is a 15 minutes walk to the underground church and approx 20 minutes walk to the grotto. The hotel is worn down and in dire need of refurbishment and is very dirty in places but the price of the rooms reflect this. A charge of 5.50€ for breakfast which consists of a crossiant, bit of bread and a hot drink is very expensive and should be included with the price of the room. |

You get what you pay for - simple room, simple facilities, but clean and functional. The walls were very thin, and at times when people left early etc, it got quite noisey. |

The location is perfect and within walking distance of the sanctuary. Friendly staff The linen needs to be replaced, seems to be too old wear and tear. No internet access to the area and also no extra electrical outlet, no air conditioning, granting its too hot in South of France on summer |

Hotel staff very nice The Room was very small, beds very small, room filty and dingy, damp carpet grubby bed spread - one of them had blood on it, bathroom door did not close most of the time and when it did we could not open it from inside |

Excellent location especially for the solo traveler. Close to the centre but not too close. French size beds, not very convenient for Dutchmen. But this is the same in all French hotels. I would recommend a better map for the hotel as well. |

The morning staff is not very helpfull. I wish they can speak better English to be able to cater to the English speaking client, esp the north American. Improve their internet machine to be able to communicate to other Hotel International, if the client get stranded, they can connect to the other hotel reservation. |

Gentelemen staff at the reception were very courteous. Rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked. 1.Breakfast was a bit pricey for the amount. There were no cereals or meats so it was a rather tame affair with just bread and jam / butter. |
